Pros

-Pay, benefits -Culture, values, Respect, Diversity , Inclusion - The only company to walk the talk -inspiring CEO -Listening to their employees. I mean it. -Leaves -Work life balance The way the employee pulse survey is reviewed is awesome, never seen any company that has done this. Managers will have open conversations with all the areas that needs focus and discusses them without holding any grudge

Cons

-Employee car lease policy is missing- which adds a great value to the compensation package.
