      Lack of process and structure in places, confusing org structure - both symptoms of recent hyper-growth.

      free lunch and other perks for interns, many speaker events and social events for interns. the company wanted the work that interns did to be impactful

      the project is dependent on the intern's manager, but my manager left for a work trip

      Pros

      Unusually strong integration between departments. Senior leaders are accessible and humble. Decisions are made quickly and based on engineering rather than politics. Promotion of diversity is genuinely broad and not only LGBT+ & gender. The product is v popular with customers and that feeds into a healthy connection to customers and their needs and plans. Customer retention is v high and this is something we are proud of. The company is growing and making money & you can feel that in the compensation/ benefits/swag as well as the office events. The Dublin office is a fun place to work and easy place to make friends. It's also a good location close to a train station.
