Pros

Best pay as per market standards. They provide yearly stock bonus. Good increment each year. Great work-life balance. Free from internal politics(might vary from team to team) You will get complete ownership of the feature. Provides great growth opportunity.

Cons

The only cons I can think of, They has their own platform and in-house technologies which might not be useful for your personal development growth.

The strong culture is lived at every corner of the company with pillars, such as hungry for innovation, team work, nurturing a striving ecosystem, openness to new ideas and innovation. The ambitions are very high, but this comes with a healthy pressure building on intrinsic motivation to dream big. ServiceNow grows exponentially, which means that lots of great opportunities open within the company to develop and grow personally.

Cons

Not really a con, but with the growth expect a continuous change in teams, new topics, new approaches.
