Pros

1.) Good pay. 2.) Nice Work Culture. 3.) Benefits & more than enough leaves. 4.) Goodies.

Cons

1.)Most of the teams are not coding much. (App teams ...they are high in number) 2.)Work will be mostly on ServiceNow platform to create new apps.(Just javascript apis on platform) 3.) Work life balance may take a toll on some days.

A lot of process hindrance politics limited access to tech limited tech stack if you want to learn new tech, this is not for you.
