- good work life balance - Great leadership team - Onboarding process is very well designed - variety of cutting edge technologies - a platform for learning and growing with organisation - lot of support to employees during the pandemic situation

- compensation is not great and is below market. Needs a correction here

Its been few months and everything is good. Bosses and colleagues are supportive. Work culture is not toxic and feels like a place to be, at least till now.

Cons

Its a big company, so knowing the structure can be a challenge.
