Pros

Onboarding experience, tool stack, well-defined teams - most people are at senior and above, hardly find young buds. Benefits like EPSS, Stocks, Insurance, leave plans are competitive.

Cons

You don't get a good hike until you speak out for yourself, else they take you at a lower grade and salary. Taking matter!!!
