Pros

The hiring process was already promising, but it got better! I have never ever started working with a company that takes onboarding so seriously. The process is thought through and perfectly orchestrated. The trainings build up on each other and the onboarding camps with simulations and customer cases are interesting and fun.

Cons

I experienced no negative elements so far.

1. Great office and aesthetic workplace 2. Awesome perks, free food and drinks, massage chairs, gym, xbox games, indoor cricket net and dedicated game room 3. Scrum based and progress oriented work culture, each process is streamlined from review of codes, to architecture review boards, to year end parties. 4. High bonus awards and stock options are great 5. Highly customer oriented

Cons

1. Sometimes work loads are too much to handle (obviously depends on the team)
