Pros

Company has great intelligent helpful people. Everyone is there to ensure the success of the company. The Senior management really believe in what they say about customer and quality. The company update is very candid and you can really ask any question you may have of the direction of company or really anything and you will get a truthful answer.

Cons

Some areas need more process and direction. But as a whole I think it is a great company, just hope they are not growing to fast.

There are so many cons: Backstabbing politics on every level Incompetent management Non-competitive wages Average health benefits Some people try to avoid as much work as they can by blaming or dumping it on others No freedom to think "Out if the box" Processes without logic High administrative overhead for technical people
