Pros

Very exciting place to be! This is one of the best company break out opportunities I have personally had the chance to be part of. It's not often in that you can join a company at that right moment, where there is an amazing story behind it- and ahead of it. The company is still formative- ample room to have a significant impact. Strong financial performance and recent IPO Experienced Leadership- inspiring track records and past experiences coming together Technical challenge Cloud + IT + Enterprise customers + Global Customers passion and active customer communities Growing the company by referrals- bringing the best people you have worked with is a plus.

Cons

Challenges are shaped by recent success and growth, so not bad challenges to have. Still relatively under the radar a bit for a company with this much going for it.

great technology to work with, poorly managed

Pros

Company offers opportunity to work with mainstream technology. Company is hiring rapidly, lots of openings. Good people on the frontlines. The are willing to pay.

Cons

Management is a joke. Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Mangers seem overworked. Planning is haphazard. Little attention paid to quality of work and life. Interesting to see and hear that my experience is rather similar to others who have reported. Positive reviews sound suspiciously like plants from current management.

Pros

macbook pro. If you'd like to do and fix things, you've a lot to do here. yet nobody will notice, as they have too many layers of managers above you basking in the glory.

Cons

Too many managers, a significant source of crowd rabble rabble. No signs of HR dept, except in your offer letter. Bad on call life, work life balance is a joke. No career/employee development. [why bother when they can hire more managers by the boatloads?} health, dental etc are just so-so, nothing exemplary in that front.
