A fantastic and successful product. Supportive and friendly colleagues. Plenty of interesting and challenging work. Salary and benefits are very good and hard work is rewarded. A great employer all round...

Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say. I've worked in the industry for 14 years and this is by far the best company I have worked for - in all aspects.

Pros

Well-oiled machine, good core values, strong leadership. There is always a lot to do, but everyone is on board to get it done.

Cons

long hours - but that's based on knowing what it takes to build a world class company. Rapid growth means lots of challenges integrating people.
