Pros

Good Work-life balance although use your own judgement to shuffle between projects. Whether you have an Indian manager or reporting to someone outside India matters too. Great compensation, benefits, in-house facilities for employees and many others. What you think and say is actually valued. Focus is always on data and impact.

-Out of everyone I know in the tech industry, this company provides the best work life balance. -Working with interesting technology. -Workflow is smooth with in house systems for almost every part of the job.

Cons

-Opportunities to learn and grow are there but not encouraged. -Highly internal tooling is good for workflow but not as good for developing marketable skills outside of the company.
