Pros

The people.. I love the people at ServiceNow. All walks of life, all cultures... working to do their best and make it happen. Employees are very open with their thoughts and feedback. Our management team encourages speaking your mind and addressing issues head on. We may not like the result but it is critical to success. E-staff drives consistent message and knows how to work together well. Consistent focus on results. Pay for performance.. you get what you put in. Office space in San Diego and Santa Clara are really nice. Equity play is HUGE! Be prepared to work harder than you ever have professionally. And can't be shy about getting your hands dirty.. but the rewards are there. It is awesome to be a part of building such an amazing product, work with amazing customers and peers .. and know you are making your mark in the industry!

Cons

Not everyone adjusts well to change.. and we are changing every day at a rapid clip. Growing fast, not everyone is assimilating their new hires so you can find yourself with extra education to do .. but it pays off.

Pros

good benefits & compensation, nice building.

Cons

Too much focus on pleasing the executives and not the customer. Everyone walks on eggshells. NO work-life balance, constant pushing for more and more work. This place is a revolving door, do not work here if you are looking for longevity or to be valued. Everyone is temporary. The company will be good because customers like the service and the product but employees suffer. Managers are too busy trying to keep their jobs and running around in circles to actually help anyone. Also IT, Travel are getting cheap... Hotel room sharing? Really? NO company Holiday party, it was canceled a couple years ago and now they do some weird hot cocoa event in the lobby during work hours that everyone is too busy to go to anyhow.

Great product. Great compensation. The company is growing, and starting to mature...

Cons

Extremely stressful. Absolutely no support, you have to hunt and search for info/support/knowledge. Management is too busy (trying to 'get ahead') to help - any shortcoming is all your own fault. Recently started to feel like the worst parts of highly competitive sales environments - produce or die, post #'s (or high utilization hours) or die...
