Great direction product-wise and direction-wise Amazing culture and benefits The campus is amazing, at least in San Diego. I haven't seen the others yet Great benefits for single people and families

Pros

Benefits are amazing. The software is amazing. Lots of talented engineers, product managers, marketing and operations stuff - just great people all around. The employee relations team is exceptional as well. The pay is good from my limited knowledge of pay-scale. The company seems to generally care about its employees and is on track to continue being a great company to work for.

Cons

I do not have anything negative to say about ServiceNow.
