Can be hard to climb the latter. Many people get stuck in digital sales, even though you're told 18 months is the expectation till you're in the field

Execs truly care about employees and bolstering our culture. Wellbeing is prioritized all around, plenty of opportunities to grown and learn, and great perks and benefits.

Cons

As a rapidly growing company, naturally, you'll see a good amount of change. From what I've seen though, leaders are great about pivoting to the needs of the business.
