Pros

Great culture, pay is decent and benefits are good. The culture is phenomenal and the people I work with are incredibly smart, talented, and fun to be around. NYC office is an incredible location. A lot of resources to lean on.

Cons

A lot of recent reorgs in 2025 with Sales leadership changes. With new leadership changes comes new operational changes that aren't productive to driving deals forward or making sales teams work efficiently. Sometimes it's just information overload

The big organization change recently is good for most. But feels like a lot of decisions are still driven by top management and not region level.
