Pros

- Unlimited PTO (guilt-free, plenty of people actually take it) - Equity + annual bonuses + annual salary increases - Positive work culture (people care about your wellbeing and life) - Region-based pay (higher pay if in more expensive pay area)

Cons

- Region-based pay (lost 22% pay in moving to a cheaper area) - Product can be boring (it's SaaS, it is what it is)

* Culture!!! People are kind, open, and it feels like we are ALL on the same team * There is a lot of opportunity to DO SOMETHING if you have the drive * Competitive compensation, good work-life balance with wellness days * The platform is very versatile. There is a lot that can be done. Innovation is encouraged

Cons

It's a big company, so you can get lost in knowledge articles and request catalogs if no one is there to guide you. It will be frustrating if you've never worked for a large company before.
