Pros
Great manager and team, great compensation, benefits are good, and for the most part colleagues on other teams are good to work with. People actually take vacations and wellbeing and DEI are promoted at the executive level.
Cons
It’s a demanding and fast paced environment, so it’s not for everyone. Your job satisfaction is really dependent on the team that you’re on and who your manager is. Some colleagues can be challenging to work with.
