Pros

I've been working at ServiceNow for a little over a month now and I can honestly say that it's been one of the best experiences of my career. The company culture is incredibly supportive and collaborative, and I've had the opportunity to work with some exceptionally talented people. I’ve also received excellent training on security and the Now Platform, which has helped me grow my skills and knowledge. I recommend working at ServiceNow to anyone seeking a challenging and rewarding career. Management has been excellent at ServiceNow. The onboarding process started with configuring our work-from-home equipment, meeting other new hires, and using the Employee Portal to complete helpful onboarding tasks each week, for the first month.

Cons

I'm new here, so I haven't encountered EVEN ONE con to write about yet. I'll check back on my six-month or one-year anniversary.

- Simple and efficient interview process - Genuine, humble leaders with lots of energy - Onboarding has been very thoughtfully planned. I feel that I am coming up to speed at the right pace.

Cons

- Too new to tell yet - Have expected growing pains - Comps are lower than expected
