Pros

There are some nice people Is a place to start working, learn something and look for your next step

Cons

Budget's cuts sometimes end up with a lot of people getting fired (one time I saw 10 people getting fired at ones) You need to track your work in several google spreadsheets, time tracker, Jira, TFS and other systems at the same time. Waterfall, Waterfall, Waterfall Pretty depressing for developers with a high level of expertise You won’t learn much since is Web Forms + Full Store procedures with heavy amount of technical debt (Legacy systems with 25+years with Flash based web applications, 10k lines of code per file, x1 x2 x3 variable naming and the list goes on). The people taking decisions are way too far away from technical knowledge Pest-control ERP industry is not a competitive market in terms of software and most of the user are older people, so don't expect innovation 5 days vacations per year first 3 years Payment is below remote software industry average
