Pros

- Above average pay and good increment every year - CEO is friendly and approachable to a certain extent - Get to work with successful company such as Atlassian - Used to have great company culture, now not so much. Most people don't uphold the values of the company anymore due to the way they hire people.

Cons

- Lot's of fresh graduates that stays in the company for years hence very limited in terms of growth for experienced joiners. You pretty much can't learn more from someone that is inexperienced therefore you can't grow further. - It is only possible to get promoted if you suck up to everything that they tell you to do with little to no resistance therefore they will always end up giving opportunity to younger and least experienced people which does not help the company to grow. - Very few leaders in the company actually takes constructive criticism. The less criticism you gave to the leaders, the more opportunity for you to get promoted. Don't get me wrong, there are good leaders in the company however it is very few and far between. - Some seniors in the team are biased and intentionally brush you aside preventing you from having any opportunity to get promoted because you disagree with them. - does not provide much training opportunity, little to no training provided. Only given time to train by giving you a day of free time every 2 months or so where you will google online and learn yourself. Oh and the irony is the company focuses heavily on providing training software to other companies. - Very poor IT and security management. Think twice if you want to partner with this company, the employees have little to no security awareness whatsoever. Most of them don't lock their PC's when they are away. - Company culture is going downhill, only cares if you take up more work vs those that contribute to the team in different ways (e.g. spending time learning new technologies and sharing to the team) - More and more people in the company is starting to work in silo's and the new employees are not upholding the values of the company. - Seniors in the company is full of themselves and ask for very high requirement for a job that does not requires it. They love to ask tech question that they google on the internet during interview sessions. - Makes a big fuss if you are late to work for just 5 minutes. If you are late back to work from dinner for just 5 minutes, be prepared to get questioned as if you done the biggest sin ever. - It is difficult to take leaves in this company. They will request you to reject your leaves because they do not have enough resources. - The leaders love to micromanage their team to the point of annoyance

Pros

just a quite high salary, nothing more

Cons

super bad nightmare for me. 1. On my first day I reported to the company, the hiring manager was not aware that there is a new joiner coming. I was then throw to the other different team which is different from what being mentioned in my offer letter. 2. The initial offer is, they offer me to join a EMEA cloud team, which they said that this team will involve in AWS instance creation, deploying a new servers and others which related to AWS, but after a few month I joined, I noticed that EMEA Cloud team is NOT doing anything that they have mentioned in during hiring. This team only doing the first level support of their application which INSTALLED ON THE CLOUD SERVER. Nothing more ! 3. After i need to join a new team, HR then re-print my offer letter and change the content of the offer letter which is they change the team that i need to report to. Then they asked me to re-sign the offer letter. But I refuse. 4. In the new team, I need to do a first level support to Atlassian product (JIRA). What I need to do is, once i got a ticket from user, I need to google for an online knowledge-base from atlassian website, and re-write the possible solution or root cause to the customer. 5. During hiring, I suppose to take a Redhat certification in my previous company, but I had to drop it as ServiceRocket need to hire me as soon as possible, and they said I can continue the Redhat Certification in their company. But when I joined, they said, I WILL NOT go to other training except for an Atlassian product training. 6. After more than 1 month of arguing with the top management, in the last meeting with them, they telling me that the position that they offered to me earlier (Application Support Engineer - who supporting AWS) is not exist, and will not exist. This actually a very long story but I've made it short. I had a meeting with top management about this issue 3-4 times. I was never feel happy while im working in here. Please, if you received an offer in this company, please please please please think carefully before joining this company. This company could ruined your future. Notes: I just work for this company for 2 months. Thank you !
