I have worked at Servier Egypt (IT Dept.) - A Very professional multi-national environment. - Everything is well planned. - Good salaries. - A very stable company to work for.

Cons

- In my Dept, there was (and still) no promotions (you may work 10 years with the same title). - The work load is very very very high (you may work for continuos 14-18 hours every day).

Really great bunch of colleagues, nice offices and good pay and benefits.

Cons

Little room for professional development or progression and my salary did not move much in the last few years. Unfortunate, as otherwise a nice place to work.
