There are a few good souls there.

Cons

Watch out for backstabbing there. It is a bullhorn SDLC from the architect. If you like working through birthdays and holidays, this place is excellent. Lots of closed door meetings where you're told to work harder or you're fired. You cannot go to HR apparently about this.

Pros

There is a really good vision for the product and offering. Good timing in the market for what we offer. The message is resonating to prospects. Good health insurance.

Cons

Unfortunately, there are many problems on the execution and delivery side. Projects take way too long to implement and never meet project timelines. Many clients are not happy. The product team is very slow to deliver on the product roadmap. Nothing meets projected delivery, many things several quarters delayed. Many of our senior leadership still operate like we're in startup mode. While we're still young, we're in a phase where they need to think bigger and how to scale to meet our increased demand. I'm not confident that they see the importance of this and know how to do it. No matching 401k.
