Pros

- The opportunity to work with some of the top talent in our field of work - Very good collaborative atmosphere, feels like everyone is working towards the same goal - The ability to make a difference: here, if you want to go out of your way to try and improve things, there is great freedom to do so

Cons

- As in any company at that stage, a lot of the processes remain unwritten, which sometimes mean we have to putt more efforts to get to a result

Pros

My colleagues work hard together to solve complex challenges as a team. This makes my role extremely rewarding. It is absolutely the best team I have ever worked with in my 20+ years as a professional. Our platform influences the customer experience of literally millions of people a day for the best brands in the world. Operating at that scale makes it an extremely exciting place to work at every day. The team is still small enough where your work efforts matter and you immediately see the impact of your ideas and efforts. I love my job!!

Cons

Very fast paced (if that is not your cup of tea), you need to be able to adapt on the fly, sometimes have to work longer hours if needed but generally decent work/life balance. Ideally would like free lunch everyday, but free breakfast one day and free lunch one day is pretty good!

Pros

Great work culture including work outings, summer hours, feedback loop with management, great perks & benefits. The work is both challenging and rewarding as we're helping to make a difference in how customers engage with the brands they love. On the cutting edge for how marketing automation will work in the future. I have, and will continue to recommend this place to friends and colleagues as a great place to work.

Cons

The work is, in fact, challenging and often requires going above and beyond. If you're looking for a place to hide and get by, this probably isn't the best company for you. As we're growing in an undefined market, there are always areas where the company experiences growing pains, fighting through these areas will ultimately determine what makes SessionM a true game changer for our clients, their customers and our employees.
