Cons
Poor management and leadership. There's no transparency at all. This is a sales-oriented company managed by not technical people. Especially ppl from the Boston office management, other engineers would reply to Slack/Mails while on vacation, what sets a bad example. You don't have to do that in Europe luckyly.
