      Supervision for my LCSW has been great. Flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      My manager is absent and rarely has time to meet with me. There is little to no direction for me. Productivity is pushed really hard by the company as a whole.

      Pros

      Can work as many hours as you want. That’s about it. The Magazine location (Adult Services Divison) was great, staff were friendly, flexible schedule, worked as team, and supportive management team. Would give them 5 stars.

      Cons

      Total chaos and no organization within Addiction Services. No one worked as a team. Always short staffed. Would give them negative stars.
