Pros

Biggest company in the industry.

Cons

Everything depends on which store you work at. If there is not enough people in the shift, then you have to cover the shift. The store is in 46 prefectures, so you might have to move. Only way to make money is work overtime. Some people "work" overtime to earn more money.

Very Poor corporate culture; Rigid Index - a domination of a specific foreign race; Very political environment; Employees are not properly cared for and are underpaid and undervalued; HR department is very incompetent and works against employees' benefits; Departments usually suffer from lack of resources due to tight budgets etc.
