Pros
SCCC has attracted a good number of students from our area and around the world. I enjoy having discussions with students and helping them in developing plans for the future.
Cons
Some of our US students are plainly not prepared for higher education. Either their school failed them or their family has failed them. Some don't seem motivated enough to care about their own futures.

The people are great. The environment is really positive and it's great to feel a part of the team. The benefits are really good, and the schedule isn't bad at all.
Cons
For the amount of work required, the pay is low.
