The people are great, the leadership is poor.

Pros

Work life balance is great. Culture around uplifting talent and contributing positively to community is excellent.

Cons

C level leadership is ham handed in some of their initiatives. Was let go "for cause" with excellent annual reviews, co-workers I supported were all praising my work and shocked I was let go, and I had no write-ups or inclination I was not "meeting their expectations". CEO definitely prefers in office work over remote.

Not a company I would recommend.

Pros

Exposure to a fast-paced and growing industry

Cons

There is a noticeable lack of humanity in the way certain internal processes are handled. Performance management and offboarding practices can feel abrupt, impersonal, and procedurally inconsistent. Decisions that significantly impact people’s careers are, at times, executed with minimal transparency and limited opportunity for dialogue. The absence of clear communication and basic professional courtesy reflects deeper issues in leadership accountability and organizational culture. A company that promotes people-centered values should ensure those principles are visible in its hardest moments — not only in branding. Without ethical consistency, transparency, and respect, “culture” becomes a slogan rather than a practice.
