- Super friendly and smart colleagues - Support for employees to succeed from the get-go - Unavoidable professional development - Comfortable work environment and culture

Cons

- Being a startup, you get to work long hours on some days. Might seem a bit daunting at the beginning, but it's easy to get used to when you love what you do.

Pros

1. You get a lot of freedom in terms of implementation ideas. 2. Its a great platform to learn new and cutting-edge technologies and execute them. 3. It has a wonderful team with a great level trust among each other and always eager to help one another. 4. Overall, a great place to work if you are looking for a small to mid-sized startup.

Cons

Not a con really for a startup, but as a scope of improvement, Sezzle can start looking at training freshers with the tools/languages used in the company.
