Pros

* Truly smartest group of people with whom I've ever worked. The company is incredibly adept at hiring. * The teams work to support each other. They inspire and encourage each other with absolutely no infighting. * Favorite company for which I have ever worked. * They move fast and get things done. You will not enter this company only to be talking about the same projects 6-9 months later still deciding whether to move forward or not.

Cons

* If you don't like to be challenged and prefer slacking off, this is not your place. * If you're accustomed to finger pointing and blaming others, try a different gig.
