Pros

Company is small, but growing. As an individual contributor you have a larger percentage of impact and the management is open to new ways of approaching clients and technology.

Cons

There is a little resistance to culture change.

Pros

Management isn't overbearing while you're on the clock. Management is willing to help. Coworkers are generally nice people. Generally management is understanding with deadlines.

Cons

You are expected to be on all the time. Weekends, off hours, holidays you'll be expected to be "on call". Even on your PTO days you're likely to be called or needed. I've seen employees cancel year-end vacations because of company needs and not get the time comped. Seen devs promised comp time for working a holiday and management denied this days later.

Free Coffee in the Kitchen

Cons

The manager hired me for my experience and knowledge .I started working and refused to take any of my suggestions . I was let go after 2 months along with the other 2 people in my group . I was never given sat done with my manager and HR about my performance . I see my job posted now at junior level . I guess they rather train someone to think like them .
