You are right...benefits of working at S&D include flexibility and autonomy that many competitors cannot offer. Another benefit is the paid training we provide through S&D YOUniversity, as well as external classes (and tuition reimbursement!)
On another note, S&D continues to evaluate pay practices to remain competitive in the market. We strive to pay for performance, and are focused on continually evaluating where we stand in the market.
