If you are looking at Shapiro and Duncan for direct compensation, you will be looking in the wrong spot. However Shapiro and Duncan provides ample training in all areas as well as company events on the regular. When you join, you join as a family, not for yourself.

You are right...benefits of working at S&D include flexibility and autonomy that many competitors cannot offer. Another benefit is the paid training we provide through S&D YOUniversity, as well as external classes (and tuition reimbursement!)
