Leadership is cliquey and mean. The elitist structrue is appalling, and the CEO heads up the pack. This is evident in the turnover of employees and general feeling of sadness and malaise. The entire time I worked there, every single person was looking for another job, with the exception of a few clinic workers and medical professionals, but even they were disgusted with the cruel, outdated culture. There's a running joke that the one person who works in H.R., yes ONE person for nearly 200 employees, will not give out welcome packages until someone has been there 30 days, because everyone quits before then. In addition, they only have one H.R. person. One person for a staff of nearly 200. Why? Well, that's because of the highly unprofessional, uncollaborative, demotiviating culture that is fostered by that person and all C-level staff. They've given up on hiring any other human resources employees, because they don't stay. I've never worked in such a horrible environment and am so glad I got out of there. They are also dishonest about why people have left and how long they were employed.
