Pros
Benefits are at or above industry standard and you are provided with 3 options for healthcare. Compensation is fair and in line with industry and no false promises, over-inflated, non-existent bonuses that may or may not come - just honest and straight forward compensation (unsure about executive level comp/bonus structure since I'm not at that level. Sharecare is more honest and employee-friendly than most with their comp policies. Colleagues are friendly, helpful, and responsive at all levels of the organization. I haven't encountered a jerk yet. It's great to work somewhere that is making a difference in the lives of real people. Especially with the acquisition of Carelinx and the upgrades to our app. I feel like we are making a difference. There is a healthy mix of remote and in-office work. It seems to be very flexible and we have team members all over the world. Onboarding was on par with most companies. I was provided training, access, and all of the equipment needed immediately. They were also very communicative before my start date. In my first year it feels like I have all I need to continue to succeed. It is so refreshing to work somewhere like Sharecare. These are just really nice down to earth people working toward a common goal. They don't harp about a fake corporate culture day in and day out. They just try to make work enjoyable and treat everyone like humans. Glad to work here. TLDR: Comp/benefits/colleagues/culture/internal support/management/executive communications are all good. No complaints.
Cons
I have noticed is there are a lot of systems and processes in use which is confusing at first (but you figure it out quickly with help). I think this is because they have grown so fast. I understand this is actually actively being worked on and many systems and processes will be consolidated and simplified in early 2023. Good to know they identified the issue and are addressing it.
