      Great place to work, pay not so great

      Pros

      Great co-workers and managers. Always felt like part of a team. Job isn’t very daunting and they train well on what to do and how to carry out each coaching all. VERY fulfilling.

      Cons

      Doesn’t pay very well given the experience needed (Bachelors degree/health background). Can get a little busy depending on the time of year but still usually pretty manageable.

      Pros

      Environment & work culture is good, able to communicate your concerns. They always hire within the company first so promotions will come if you work hard and follow protocol.

      Cons

      PAYYYYYYY for all the hoops you go through. Systematically alot of things dont make sense because it is always dependent on the client. Whether your day will be easy or tough depends on the type of patients you have and where they are located. Some facilities notoriously have angry and rude clientele.

      Pros

      Remote work, employees are dedicated to the work. PTO and benefits are just ok.

      Cons

      Zero work-life balance. Expected to work late hours to get the work done. Meeting heavy organization that seems to be lacking in processes. Sharecare offers well-being and mental health services to clients but does not walk the talk to staff. Lots of turnover.
