6ySharecare takes supporting and developing our managers very seriously – and we’ve found most colleagues have taken note. On a very recent colleague survey, greater than 85% of our colleagues gave their managers positive ratings, and we weren’t surprised…we have a great group of leaders! To ensure they’re getting what they need to grow, we’ve implemented ongoing management training, including new manager training and subsequent development/training sessions.
All of that said – we would always encourage you to take your concerns to your manager, senior manager, or a member of HR; any one of these folks would be glad to sit down and talk.
