      Low pay no Advancement

      Pros

      Work from home. Fast paced a ton of overtime whether you want it or not. Flexible schedules.

      Cons

      Over worked. Demanding hours. Horrible management. No advancements. The people who bust there butt and do a ton of work do not get appreciated. Then the people who do nothing get away with everything. Not a fair company at all. They take advantage of the best people and reward the horrible people. Managers do not know how to even do the job.

      No opportunity for growth, pay is just ok not great

      Relaxed dress code, excellent training

      Cons

      At the time that I left, it was very productivity-driven. Not much opportunity for growth. Promotions were based more on metrics than aptitude.
