Remote work policy makes it easy to work and take care of personal needs. Intelligence is a common quality among all employees.

Cons

There isn’t a really strong orientation process to introduce you to different departments, faces you might see throughout the office. However, they do have occasional events that encourage this.

Strong product, approachable, involved leadership, nice opportunities for advancement, nice mix of colleagues with differing skills and backgrounds. Company truly cares about Health and making America healthier. Nice!

Sometimes hard to have cross office collaboration with so many offices in the company.
