Thank you for taking the time to share! It's always exciting to hear about a colleague who has been able to develop professionally within our "four walls", as professional development is very important to us. We're also thrilled to hear your feedback around communication; this remains an area of focus for us and while we know it's still a work in progress, it's very encouraging to know we're moving the needle in the right direction. We do understand that the discontinuation of free gym benefits (for the portion of our colleagues who had them previously) was disappointing. Our goal remains to offer benefits that are competitive, fair and consistent in supporting the well-being of all colleagues.
