Pros
The only good manager left. Luckily I worked under them the majority of time I was with the company.
Cons
Lack of communication and transparency of role. The role and policy was not defined. Training does not match role, no clarity on how to handle cases. Treat you as a call center rep but trying to manage case loads and respond to emails and follow up tasks. Does not line up. Advocacy team is constantly lost. They are hanging by threads.
