Business Outlook
Pros
Great place to learn how to manage and survive in a fast paced changing environment. Values are right in line with a good company. Great energy and cooperation among the lower-level workers. Managers can accommodate comp-time & time-off requests informally.
Cons
Communications from the top down can be misleading and confusing. Sometimes it feels like there is a CYA attitude at the top. Employee related policies are not as enlightened as they should be. IE exceptions can and should be made to vacation roll-over policy for the benefit of both the company and the employees.
