Pros

The training for the coaching role was as I expected it to be - focused on psychology of coaching, framework of their coaching model, and time for practice. After working here for nearly 2 years, I have appreciated the effort to make you feel seen and heard (especially since we're working remotely). We have team meetings and 1-on-1s on a regular basis. We get to give feedback via an annual survey and hear what's happening at Sharecare at the townhall meeting. I've had the chance to meet other teams and feel there's been opportunity to build relationships with other departments. I feel really supported and valued here. The benefits are great! They offer HSA awards and VSA (vacation savings account) rewards. This year employee benefits include access to FitOn app (paid version). PTO time is generous (compared to other companies)- 3 weeks.

Cons

Don't have much to say here. It would be nice to have more one-on-one coaching contracts, but I don't believe that is up to Sharecare.

Pros

I’ve worked with some of the best people here. My current manager is amazing and truly cares. Benefits are good PTO is also great I have a lot of flexibility with my role, I know that’s not the case for everyone though. I get to work with a lot of different teams and clients.

Cons

There has been A LOT of silent lay-offs. No communication or heads up. People are just all of a sudden gone. And it’s people that were important to the product and their loss impacts a lot of other teams. Pay is sub-optimal. Raises are below cost of living increases. They are supposed to be merit-based but almost everyone gets approximately the same amount (if we even get one). No transparency of what pay ranges are for each role, so it’s hard to know where you even fall on the pay scale.
