      Pros

      Comfortable with liars and manipulating others for own benefit. Don't have to care about the company, just how to play the game (follow the plan) and stab the right person in the back at the right time.

      Cons

      Took "health and wellness" and made every aspect of the topic political. Regurgitates CDC & US govt talking points in their own content to deceive. It is not about your health but more about supporting the medical industries (hospitals, pharma, insurance) they want you dependent on.

      I would not work here! ever since the company has gone public it has gone down hill from there. Some managers do not care about their employees and only care about numbers. Commission structure has changed drastically too. Do not apply.

      Great people to work with.

      Cons

      This company is known for layoffs, and replacing people with off-shore workers. BSA's put in so many extra hours Aug-Jan 1. It's not a great work-life balance and it's because of the hoops we need to jump through for relaunches. Direct management does everything they can to help alleviate the stress, but ultimately, they are also subjected to ridiculousness and watching their backs. There is an extreme need for process improvement/streamlining workflows if senior management would listen.
