      Pros

      Decent insurance although getting more expensive each year, decent PTO but bare minimum holidays.

      Cons

      Underpaid, zero career growth, jumping through hoops for a measly quarterly HSA grant, and multiple layers of unnecessary middle management. Laying off the workers keeping this company together while keeping toxic leadership with no vision and no direction while hiring overseas workers that they can underpay.
