The team I worked with was based in another state and the training was adequate, but there was so much to learn that there were always questions when coming across a new situation. This particular team wasn't always very receptive to questions and it became an issue, so I had to leave. If I can't ask questions, I can't work there. I wanted off that team rather than to leave the company, but apparently they couldn't accommodate such a request. I left after 6 months. To be fair, once the director of that unit was aware of the situation she personally reached out to me and we had a great conversation, but it was too little too late. I was given the impression that they were making some positive changes in the training process after I left.
