Pros

You will be able to coach a lot of members and refine your coaching skills under a manager and team of collegues you meet with virtually about 3 times a week.

Cons

Only 2 or 5 min breaks between back-to-back calls can make it very challenging on your own mental well-being and many coaches leave due to burnout. Also, half the members are not engaged or kind on the calls.

Cons

The job has a lot of information that you need to know, the managers seem to not have any since of direct. The training was all over the place and it was on camera the whole time, its 4 weeks of training,,, Not to mention we dont start getting our 401k until 3 MONTHS AFTER like ?? who does that. Then also we dont start getting pto until 30 days. This position starts off at $22 an hour and its no you cannot negotiate The health benefits are TRASH.. we dont even know the company name of it like..
