Pros

There are some great opportunities to learn, and many very nice people. The majority of co-workers are smart and genuinely hard working.

Cons

A very few tribal, territorial people who ruin it for the rest. If you can play politics, you can get away with the following: doing as little work as possible, creating a toxic work environment, and basically throwing your a shoe in the works just because you can.

We appreciate that you took the time to write a review. It’s important to us to find people with the right skillsets to join our team, and those skillsets include the ability to collaborate and support one another. We’re very proud of our colleagues and their collective achievements. Of course, it’s disappointing to hear that any Sharecare colleague – current or former – has a less-than positive experience. We work hard to maintain a positive, productive work environment and take all our colleagues’ experiences seriously. Our hope is that you shared your perspective with the appropriate team members prior to your exit. Good luck in your next endeavor.

Thank you for taking the time to post about your experiences. It’s always encouraging to hear from our colleagues, and to hear that they’re excited about the vision of the organization. We also appreciate your concern around remote colleagues feeling disconnected. Like many organizations, Sharecare is fairly new to having such a large remote population. That, paired with the rapid growth of our company, has pushed us to take a closer look at how we can engage all team members in different ways. We continue to implement ways to engage our remote population, for example, we live stream our quarterly All-hands business updates so that each person can hear the same information at the same time. We’ve also recently launched our new all-company newsletter, @sharecare, which will further connect our colleagues by providing consistent messaging and insights into what’s going on in other areas of the company. It’s likely you’ll start to see other similar changes in 2018. If you have any thoughts on how we might connect our colleagues to the business and to each other, please be sure to share them! We’re all in this together and your feedback is valued. Thanks again for your insights, and thanks for all that you do.

Pros

Cutting edge technology that will be a hit in the health and wellness market. Lots of buzz around the new platform. Excellent leadership.

Cons

No real cons at this time. The platform is still very new and there will inevitably be kinks to work out.
