      Pros

      If you’re looking for a call center job, then this is the place to do it. The people are awesome and the pay was better than I’d seen elsewhere. Also, you can work from home, which was a huge advantage for me.

      Cons

      I don’t have any criticisms for this company, they were great.

      Pros

      I was drawn to Sharecare because it’s a “mission-driven” company. Once I started, I realized that the people that work for Sharecare are all incredibly passionate about delivering on said mission. Personally speaking, I work for a manager that is maybe the best I have ever had. She is thoughtful, caring, empathetic, and a wonderful and patient teacher. I love my work, and I feel like I have the right balance of autonomy and support here when I need it.

      Cons

      At the moment, there doesn’t seem to be any room for career growth in my specific position, but I’m happy to just be along for the ride and learn as much as I can in the moment, especially since I just started a few months ago.
