Unprofessional and petty environment. Many of the employees lack a professional skillset, for many employees this was their first job and or only job. Getting paid commission is difficult and murky. Beware, they will also have you sign commission agreements without attaching the fine print that is included in the agreement. Beware, this environment is not for people who want to grow professionally, or who expect to get paid well for excellent performance.
