Pros
Lots of room for growth and development. People get promoted fast and often if they can put up with everything
Cons
High stress Upper management always say "yes" to the president/VPs with no thought about what that means to the schedule, timelines, workload, cost implications, ect. Leads to the entry and mid management to think their opinions do not matter. 2 Billon dollar company that calls themselves a start up and expect people to act like 60 hours a week for vacuums is acceptable.
